Event Description
Do you find it hard to say no or express opinions that are different from what others think or want?
Do you feel a strong sense of responsibility for other people's feelings?
Do you go out of your way to do things for others, even when it doesn't work for you?
If you've answered yes to these questions, there's likely a part of you that has learnt it's safer to keep others happy and meet their needs and wants, even at the expense of your own. In this session, you'll learn why we end up in a people-pleasing pattern and some practical strategies to help you prioritise yourself, say no, speak up, set boundaries and release the guilt.
