Event Description
Interchange Outer East (IOE) believes that by supporting every family member, not just the person with a disability, we can help create stronger, more resilient families who are better able to meet the demands of caring for someone with a disability.
Come and hear about IOE's social and support groups for each individual: mums, dads, siblings, combined carers, grandparent carers and the family as a whole.
Finish the session with a simple guided meditation session conducted by an IOE Allied Health practitioner.
