Event Description

This workshop is designed to help men reconnect with their authentic selves, redefine what strength and identity mean, and recharge their mental and emotional wellbeing. Through guided practices, you’ll learn how to understand yourself on a deeper level, embrace your identity with confidence, and build simple, actionable self-care habits that fit into your everyday life. No fluff, no stereotypes—just real tools for real life.

This is your space to show up as you are, connect with your body and emotions, and leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and alive.

Presented by Joe Bakhmoutski; host of Power To Be Happy podcast and creator of Body As Witness, a moving meditation experience.

Join us for this vital conversation in support of men's health!
