Need quick help with a minor technology issue? Visit our Troubleshoot Tech Hour to get assistance from a library Tech Support Officer.

You can get basic help on -

• Connecting your smartphone to the library's huge online collections of free books, audiobooks, magazines and streaming content
• Help with a troublesome device
• Information on where to get more help and support
• Grasping the basics of your mobile phone, iPad/Android device, or laptop
• Get answers to basic tech support questions, and help you understand the next steps

Please note, bookings are not required for these sessions. Staff will assist you on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be a wait to receive assistance as our staff may be attending to other library members.
