Singing & Reminiscing – a place to connect

Event Description
This Seniors Festival, join us for a walk down memory lane, and uncover through discussion approaches to enhance our wellbeing. Sing your heart out in a joyful workshop, where you will be provided a space for connection and joy, to sing and laugh together.
Connect, share stories of days gone by, and reminisce about the ‘good old days’ as we tap our feet to major songs from Broadway, the 50’s & 60s, classic folk songs and the like. Participants will also leave with a song sheet as a memento from the experience to take home.
Join us at 10am for tea and coffee. The workshop will begin at 10.30am
This event will be presented by Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education. She has a musical education and local theatre performance background, along with a unique and down-to-earth style to engage and empower participants to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
