Event Description

The Armistice of 11 November 1918 was signed at Le Francport, France that ended fighting on land, at sea, and in the air in World War I between the Entente ( Allies) and their last remaining opponent, Germany.
Join presenter Graham Hutchings, a military history enthusiast from the Running Rabbits History Museum, for a talk on the First World War Armistice on the 11/11/1918 with the follow up of the peace talks in 1919. The talk will cover some of the most interesting and lesser known aspects of this critical junction in human history,
Questions will be welcomed and encouraged.
