Join Tech Support Officer Ike, who can help you:

• Connect your smartphone to the library's huge online collections of free books, audiobooks, magazines and streaming content
• Learn a new skill, such as downloading apps or using social media
• Set up and manage an email account
• Grasp the basics of your mobile phone, iPad/Android device, or laptop
• Navigate government services on MyGov
• Get answers to basic tech questions, and help you understand the next steps

Notes & Requirements

Make sure to bring along your device and chargers, and any passwords and documents you may need.
