Event Description

Have you ever thought of coming to Storytime, but weren't sure what we do, or if it would suit your child’s needs?
These 3 sessions aim to help children of all abilities transition into Storytime. They will focus on helping children feel at ease in the library space, without the added pressure of a big group setting. Parents and carers will be able to ask questions and be given information, in a relaxed and informal setting.
Across the three sessions we will:
Outline what we do at Storytime;
Look at ways we can support your child to attend ongoing Storytime sessions;
Try group reading, singing, rhyming, sitting and listening activities.
