Event Description

Dr Rosie Ross is an Integrative GP who specializes in supporting women through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. Working with WellFemme, Rosie combines medical expertise with a compassionate, practical approach to help women navigate this significant stage of life.

During this online presentation Rosie will break down what’s happening in the body during menopause, helping women understand:

Common symptoms like hot flushes, sleep disruption, mood changes, and urinary or sexual issues.
Treatment options, including the facts about Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT).
How lifestyle strategies, such as diet and exercise, can support heart and bone health.
Rosie understands the confusion and challenges many women face. Her calm, relatable style creates a safe space for open discussion and provides clear, actionable steps to feel more in control.

Rosie brings more than a decade of clinical experience, and has spoken internationally in Canada, New York, and Australia.

Rosie’s goal is simple: to empower women to thrive in midlife with confidence, knowledge, and a plan for long-term well-being.
