Event Description

Did you know that Mooroolbark has its very own Street Art Trail? Local artists have created these magnificent public artworks to reflect Mooroolbark's shared history, stories, ideas and aspirations. Works in the street art collection have been produced on walls, pavement, seats, power boxes, playground equipment - so many different spots that you might not even think to look at! This walk will be guided by local artist Jo Everard, whose work features in multiple places along the trail. She will give you insight into the context behind each artwork, and make sure you see everything that Mooroolbark has to offer. This walk will start and end at Mooroolbark Library, home to the beautiful mural Yerrin Biik. The walk will have some slight inclines, and will be contained to Brice Ave and immediate surrounding area.
