Come and join Georgia Irwin, the visionary behind "The Kindness Echoes" and the accomplished author of "The Vegan Home Baker," as she presents at the Belgrave Library.
Georgia embraced a vegan lifestyle, yet her nostalgic yearnings for the baked treats of her youth persisted. Over several years, she dedicated herself to tinkering with cherished family recipes until she successfully crafted vegan versions of these timeless classics.
Georgia will also provide a demonstration on crafting a vegan lemon tart.
