Playing chess can raise the player's IQ, exercise both sides of the brain, increase creativity and problem-solving skills, improve memory, reading skills and concentration.
Lilydale Lakeside Chess Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at Lilydale Library at 5.00pm. We offer a friendly and inclusive environment for all ages and chess players of all abilities - beginners and experienced players welcome.
Bookings are essential.
