Book a 45 minute one-to-one session with Mykaela, Lilydale's Tech Support Officer to help you use library services on your device.
Mykaela can help you with:
- Setting up your iPad or Android tablet to download eBooks, eAudiobooks, & eMagazines from our eLibrary.
- Using the online catalogue.
- Exploring Online Resources on the library's website.
- Basic Smartphone & Tablet help.
- Email setup and basic trouble-shooting.
- BeConnected, Social Media and MyGov help.
