Event Description

Join Teresa from Sustainable Gardening Australia and learn how to get the best yield from your edible garden over the cooler seasons. We will start with a talk on getting your garden ready for cool season planting, including garden maintenance, soil preparation, sustainable ways to improve productivity, crop rotation and companion planting. We will finish up with a hands-on, origami seed packet demonstration and sharing of seasonal seeds.

Notes & Requirements

There will be a swap table at this event. Swapping is not compulsory but if you happen to have any produce, cuttings, seedlings, flowers or recipes, that you would like to share with others, please bring them along.
